A Quick, Honest Disclaimer

How I approach health, mental wellbeing, and honesty on SarinaLife.

Let me keep this human, because I'd rather you actually read it than skim past a wall of legal text.

I'm not a doctor or a therapist. I'm a writer sharing my own life. Everything on SarinaLife, anything about health, weight, metabolism, peptides, supplements, medications, or mental and emotional well-being, is my personal experience, not medical, psychological, or professional advice. It's the story of what happened to me, not a recommendation for you.

Please talk to a real professional before acting on anything here. Medications, supplements, diets, exercise, and mental-health decisions all carry real weight that depends entirely on your own body, mind, and history. What worked for me, or didn't, tells you nothing about what's safe or right for you. Those conversations belong with a licensed doctor or therapist who actually knows you.

I don't post doses, brands, or where to buy anything, and that's on purpose. If I mention something as part of my story, I'm telling you what I lived, not handing you a how-to. Some things I write about aren't FDA-approved, and the unofficial versions can be genuinely dangerous without medical supervision. I won't be the reason a stranger takes a risk I'm not qualified to guide them through.

On the harder subjects

I write honestly about mental health: therapy, anxiety, panic attacks, heartbreak, the chapters that weren't pretty. I do that because I believe being honest about the hard parts helps people feel less alone, and because pretending my life was smooth would be a lie.

But please hear me clearly: my writing is a story, not support. A blog can't know you, can't respond in real time, and can't be there in a moment that matters. If something I write stirs something heavy in you, that's worth taking to a real person, a therapist, a doctor, someone you trust.

If you're in crisis right now, please reach out to people trained to help:

  • In the U.S., call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7, free and confidential.
  • If you're outside the U.S., your country has its own crisis line — please search for it, or go to your nearest emergency room if you're in danger.
  • If you're struggling with food, your body, or eating, you deserve specialized support: a licensed professional or a dedicated helpline can help far better than anything I could write.

There is no shame in reaching for help. It's one of the bravest things a person can do, and I mean that from experience.

The rest of the honest stuff

This is a personal site, not a store. I don't sell products, and I don't earn a commission if you buy something I mention. It's just me, writing.

Everyone's different. Any result or experience I describe belongs to one specific person in one specific set of circumstances. Yours will look different, and that's normal.

Your choices are your own. By reading SarinaLife, you understand that I can't be responsible for decisions you make based on what you find here, and that any links out lead to places I don't control.

That's it. Thank you for reading it, and for trusting me with your time.
